★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在Curves中正店，我能更專注在每項儀器所訓練的不同肌肉群，尤其中正店教練的“用心”更讓我“決心”將每項儀器做到位喔！沒想到上週四的我接受了教練“一對一器材復習”後，竟然忙碌的教練看到我今天展現“決心改變自我” 還在下器材時特別誇獎我:嘉琳，妳今天很多器材動作很標準喔！雖然簡短的“讚美”但讓我感受到教練“由衷的關心”喔！嘉義中正店教練們，謝謝妳們的關心及肯定喔！我會繼續努力“堅持運動”喔！
