★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來這裡運動3個多月（幾乎一～六都有運動），curves的器材讓我體脂肪降下了一些、肌肉增加了一些、體力、精神也變好了、體態也比較緊實一點，筋骨也更靈活了，是值得大推的女性健身房。若是比較害羞的女性，這裡的教練全都是女生，運動也不尷尬，教練們也非常的細心、貼心的指導、操作器材，真的真的可以來curves石牌店試試，真的超棒！
 Came here to exercise for more than 3 months (almost one to six exercises). Curves equipment has reduced my body fat, increased my muscles, improved my physical strength and spirit, and my body is firmer. More flexible, it is a female gym that is worth pushing.
