 The all-female sports center makes me feel very comfortable during the exercise. The coaches and store managers are very enthusiastic and make me feel like my own family. It's really great here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自從接觸到可爾姿，本來一週3次變成每天都來報到，來到這裡一進門，教練們大聲親切的喊著名字打招呼讓我倍感溫暖，運動中教練專業的指導學員的姿勢，告知些瘦身時該注意的時項，還有健康知識，讓我對自己身體更加了解，同時也可分享給家人、同事及朋友，真的是一舉好幾得
在這裏有任何問題教練們都會親切的幫忙解決，因此在這裡除了可找回自己失落已久的身材，又可讓自己每天快樂，真是好棒的好所在
Since I came into contact with Kerzi, I used to report 3 times a week every day. When I came here, the coaches yelled the famous words loudly and cordially, which made me feel warm. The coach’s professional posture instructing the students during the exercise informed me. Some time items that I should pay attention to when I lose weight, as well as health knowledge, let me know more about my body. At the same time, I can share it with my family, colleagues and friends.
The coaches will kindly help solve any problems here, so in addition to regaining my long-lost figure, it is a great place to make myself happy every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可爾姿環境好, 教練親切專業可愛, 什麼都好, 就是開放時間點不優。
尤其是週六的時間很尷尬，對婦女來講，剛好要準備午餐時間，午餐完要整理，可爾姿也差不多要休息了，週遭之前有參加過可爾姿的朋友，也有同樣感覺，平日上班忙，好不容易假日要健身，後來也放棄了。
建議假日可安排上午早一點的時間，或者下午時段，卡在中間實在為難。
Ke Erzi has a good environment, friendly and professional coaches, and good at everything, but the opening hours are not good.
Especially on Saturday, the time is very embarrassing. For women, lunch time is about to be prepared, and after lunch, Erzi is about to take a rest. There are friends who have participated in Kerzi before, and they feel the same way. I was busy at work, and finally wanted to exercise during the holiday, and then I gave up.
It is recommended that the holiday can be arranged a little earlier in the morning, or in the afternoon, it is really difficult to get stuck in the middle.
