★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 選擇這裡最重要的原因是因為離捷運站很近，除此之外還有教練在運動器材上不時會來調整姿勢，教導正確的發力位置，以及每個月都會有的固定量身檢查，能夠了解自己每個月的身體變化還有不足的地方，覺得在這裡運動很讚?
