1資安完全不注重,帳號登入密碼From 為明碼,完全沒有加密,如果使用綠界的站內付很容易資料被截封包獲得金融卡號的風險
2商品規格如果超過15字會跑版,官方人員完全不會協助處理,因為貴公司產品本身就是以快速開發生出很多功能但是卻未完善,若沒有程式碼基礎遇到這個問題基本上想經營店商使用這家公司產品會很痛苦
3要到專業版4500月費才有超商排除功能略誇張,低階方案的如果有超商選項超過5公斤別人一樣可以購買商品叫你出貨
4SSL憑證要另外購買還要升到最高階版本才給免費安全憑證,貴公司憑證年費2100元還是給免費的R3憑證,屬實真的誇張,如自己有購買憑證還要花3千元去請貴公司幫忙串接,錢是真的敢收但是品質也真的是很爛
5商品規格不能含有(/)<<<符號不然商品輸入完規格後還要自己手動選取一次真的很誇張這個就像第二項說的快速開發一堆功能但是漏洞一堆還要工程師審核才會修,但這些明顯都會影響到使用者的體驗卻不積極處理
6客服跟開店業務都是一個樣,要做不做的,開店顧問只會想要你牽一年合約就因為他想賺傭金,與其叫開店顧問建議直接叫做業務,但是業務如果發現你沒有要簽年約翻臉比翻書還快
以上如果這些都能接受再選用此公司產品,會不會改善我不知道,但是服務真的對不上她的價格,部分是小問題但是加總起來真的會讓初加入店商的朋友真的很痛苦

2.業務收完錢就不理人,line給業務(開店顧問),只要沒有持續追進度,一律裝死,訊息完全不回。之前一週催一次,就真的一週才回一次訊息。
3.當初因考量網站是大約半年後才使用,還不打算下單,但業務說當月有活動,告知我可以線下單,賣場可以先幫我暫停,而事後才發現那六個月照樣算錢,申訴了好幾次公司擺爛,業務也是裝死。但因為之前開店前的聯繫都是用line 語音,業務到後來也不認帳,最後只說要送我一個很雞肋的附加功能給我使用,你們處理問題的態度真的夠爛。
