If you get fairly easily triggered by bad service, don’t come here. I have a very high bar of tolerance for bad service and even I got upset. Normally I’m pretty used to little to non-existent service in small joints like this in Taipei, but when a place automatically charges you 10% on an already overpriced pho (almost $10 per bowl), I expect to be treated with at least a smile and some bare level of enthusiasm. We went during lunchtime to a close-to-empty shop, but servers eyes were all glued to the floor or chatting with each other- completely ignored us when we were ready for our order. One guy literally walked passed my table avoided eye contact and ignored my excuse-me’s. When we finally managed to get one of the servers attention and gestured that we were ready for our order, he gave me a condescending attitude and said in Chinese, “I know, I was about to come over” as if I was rushing him. Needless to say it wasn’t pleasant either when we had questions about the menu. I am not interested in being patronized just for a bowl of pho. At a price of NT159, their spring rolls were subpar to say the very least. I’d give them lower than a two star but despite the bad experience they do serve a really tasty broth. However I will not come back here again. Also, they don’t have any jalapeños.

Pho is good. Service warms up. Featured craft beer mixed well with Pho. Especially the honey lager. Would suggest not served with ice. Overall 3.5 star cuz no restroom

Nice Vietnamese beef pho, but the soup is too greasy when it gets cold. The Vietnamese coffee is quite strong. Usually I don’t mind, but it’s not my cup of tea. Service is not very nice, no toilet which is quite inconvenient, you can’t even wash your hands before you start to enjoy your foods. They would tell you go to the nearby McDonald for toilet. Also, they don’t provide takeout cup for the drinks, another drawback in this place. I don’t think I’ll visit here again since there are so many other nicer choices in Taipei.

Good quality of food, price a little bit high. However, I don’t like their policy that give 5 stars review to exchange a cup of drink which will not reflect the truth review and suggestive recommendation. That’s ridiculous

The food was quick yummy and had nice presentations, price was a bit high compared to other Viet restaurants but the place was well decorated. Staff were very friendly, good place for casual dinner or dating.

Decent. Service is not great and we had to go get the staff multiple times. Pho broth is OK but could use more flavor. They do not provide jalalepeno slices to flavor the broth. Ok to visit but nothing special.

Beef is fresh and tastes good! Clean place and reasonable price!

I’ve been going here for years because of the really good food however some of the dishes are a tad expensive. They have some of the best pho in town, they do great Vietnamese coffee and tea as well.
