第一次租裝備 看到評分滿高就來這裡租了 殊不知老闆態度非常不負責任 測試當下跟他詢問有問題他一直反駁 說是我們不會使用而已 老闆還一直說歡迎給負評 反正他沒差又不是沒被給過 這種態度下次還敢再去租嗎??? 登山不像露營 裝備有問題是會有安全危險的 如果要來這裡租的人要想清楚 建議去其他間租 畢竟命應該不止這區區幾塊錢

近期向店家租借冰爪(之前有租借過「舊款」使用ok)這次店家給另一款(店家所謂新款)因為說舊款都被租走了,旅程在山屋外試穿冰爪,才在山屋外試走沒幾步路就會跑位,嘗試了超級多次,耽擱了行程,最後因為覺得冰爪這樣穿著還更危險,就不敢穿。 回來之後,跟老闆反應冰爪會跑位,老闆就一直說是我們不會穿,要我提出這雙冰爪哪裡設計有問題,他說大廠量產你覺得會有問題嗎?我們進了100多雙,那你覺得是你們的問題還是它(冰爪)的問題? 針對老闆說我們不會穿冰爪的事: 第一,我不是第一次在這裡租冰爪,也不是第一次穿冰爪,但在這之前我穿冰爪的行走都很順利,不敢說穿得多好,至少是綁一次就從頭走到尾都很好走沒有重綁;第二,那天在店裡租借試穿時我們也有跟店員和老闆提出當下冰爪那樣微跑掉情況,如果當下穿錯,那店員不是也在旁協助嗎?那是店員也弄錯?但如果沒綁錯,我們又有提出問題,是不是要針對這個情況了解一下,可能我們穿著時遇到的情況是不是其他客人也可能遇到,是不是要了解一下是什麼穿著細節沒注意到或是冰爪真的有不良處,不是都推給客人不會穿。 針對老闆解決顧客問題的態度: 因為老闆覺得我們不會穿冰爪又無法提出冰爪哪裡有問題,請我自己去詢問廠商,於是我詢問老闆廠商名稱,他說以色列大廠,再次詢問品牌名又跟我說他忘了,他說這麼久的事他有這麼多裝備他怎麼會記得(但他前面又說這是他們最近進的新款,還進了100雙),然後補了一句說大廠才不會理我,那我覺得,如果老闆請我自己去問,我也願意去問,如果我沒有得到大廠的回覆,也是我自己的事。 之前跟這裡租借裝備經驗也都蠻好的(大概就是沒遇到問題老闆態度就都很好),建議冰爪租借要自己還沒上山前試看看真的ok再出發以免遇到要用卻不能用或上得了山下不了山的窘境,如果裝備當下有疑慮,還是釐清再租借,不然事後老闆的神邏輯和神回覆會讓人很累。

Or crampons are really bad, not all of them are pushed to the guests and will not be worn. The attitude of the boss to solve customer problems: Because the boss thinks that we can't wear crampons and can't ask what is wrong with the crampons, please ask the manufacturer myself, so I asked the boss for the name of the manufacturer, he said that it was a big Israeli manufacturer, and asked the brand name again and told me that he forgot, He said that he had so much equipment for such a long time, how could he remember it (but he said earlier that this is their latest new model, and they bought 100 pairs), and then added that the big manufacturers would ignore me, then I feel that if the boss asks me to ask myself, I am willing to ask. If I don't get a reply from the big factory, it is my own business. The experience of renting equipment from here is also quite good before (probably the boss's attitude is very good if there is no problem). If you have any doubts about the equipment, you should clarify it and then rent it, otherwise the boss's divine logic and divine response will make people very tired.

Location is convenience, can be reached by MRT and a few min walk. I rented a 55L mountain backpack for 7 days, all prices are reasonable and clear. The shop owners were very friendly and kind, spend time answering my questions and explained me what I need to notice when carrying a mountain backpack.

Perfect location, especially if you are in the Beitou area. I rented trekking poles and the nice lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful. The rental price was pretty fair for a quality pair of poles. The rental process was quick and easy, and I was out in less than 10 minutes.
