排隊上接駁車,沒有人管控順序,旅客容易有爭議。入口人員加收了第六人(包含小孩)的搭車費用,司機卻要小孩坐大人腿上,雖然客人表達後,司機了解,但是感覺收費標準不一致。建議可以設置排隊動線,才可以讓旅客及司機知道排隊的頭在哪裡。我們在端午連假使用貴場的服務,我們也是依序排隊,前面有另一組客人,結果車子停在我們面前,司機一下車就把我們的行李上車,造成前一組客人不悅,對我們發脾氣,以為是我們插隊,我們解釋也不理會,後來我們自己卸下行李,把順序還給前組客人,但是司機卻沒有任何表達跟道歉,只說大家火氣不要大,後面車馬上來,這種情形讓我們覺得很無辜。希望貴場可以加強服務品質,畢竟客人也是信用卡公司給的用卡者福利,只是付費的不是使用者,某方面來說並非完全的免費。因為當天那組客人態度惡劣、用詞粗暴,我們也不忍心怪司機,所以建議規劃排隊動線。
