肉質相較羊肉來說偏硬，也比較沒有香氣，但是也算不錯吃。
高麗菜與豆芽都可以無限續加，這就是大埔的經典特色！這間店的老闆（或者說是師傅）很親切、熱情，頗有一店之主的風範，服務很棒唷！

Both cabbage and bean sprouts can be refilled indefinitely, this is the classic feature of Tai Po! The owner (or the master) of this shop is very kind and enthusiastic, quite like the owner of the shop, and the service is great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here twice, everyone was so friendly. They have English menu and can speak simple English. The foods were good. You can order again side vegetables for free in case it is not enough for you, tho I think it is plenty already.
