室內蚊子有一點多，裝潢不是走很奢華的那種但是好像用了簡單的方式同樣詮釋了一樣效果的氛圍～很喜歡
個人覺得牛筋好像太軟爛少了一點點的嚼勁，但是還是很喜歡整體味道。牛肉相比就稍微再普通一點點，說不出是那種口感不對，總之下次來會想點全牛筋的！
小碗的份量已經覺得蠻足夠的了，吃的很飽
酸菜味道不錯～～～

There are a little more mosquitoes in the room. The decoration is not very luxurious, but it seems to use a simple way to interpret the atmosphere of the same effect~ I like it very much
Personally, I think the beef tendon seems too soft and lacks a little bit of chewiness, but I still like the overall taste. Compared with the beef, it is a little bit more ordinary. I can't tell if the taste is wrong. In general, I will want to order whole beef tendon next time!
The portion of the small bowl is quite enough, I feel very full

麵條偏硬 百葉豆腐也偏硬
牛肉塊、牛筋都算大
內用環境還算整潔
但整體份量口味 CP值不高
The soup is too salty...
The noodles are too hard, and the louver tofu is too hard
Beef and tendon are big
The interior environment is fairly clean
But the overall portion and taste CP value is not high

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having tasted in this beef noodle shop, a delicate, inviting and relaxing place, I can assure you that this is a must-eat beef noodle for foodies. The soup is savoury, thick as well as pleasing, and the beef is utterly tender. Not to mention the hand made noodles are mouth-watering, tasty and quality. Apart from the cuisine, the owner is a friendly and gentle person. I highly recommended this shop. Will be back again : )
