時間18:40左右 ，櫃檯女店員點單，一副不耐煩的態度，消費者對於App不熟應給予協助，態度不佳 ，口氣很差，不知道在急什麼，是否再教育（看了很多評論應該都是同個女店員喔！若是沒耐心等待顧客點單的話，可以調去內場，消費經驗很差，以投訴總公司了）本來連一顆星都不想給的?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 希望點餐可以請店員加強複誦飲料明細,今日買四杯珍珠觀音拿鐵,等候拿到的是四杯觀音拿鐵。我點的珍珠呢???當下也有和店員反應我是要珍珠的…可是飲料都做完了我也只好接受。
雖說我們客人沒仔細去對取餐明細也要檢討,但在別間店就不會有這種情形.所以再請店長加強注意。
買回去還要跟朋友依序解釋為什麼買錯,感受是沒有很好。
