★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前幾天發現這家店買了芒果冰沙，用鮮芒果肉先打讓我喝到念念不忘，連續買了好幾天，昨天也特地跑來買兩杯，點完就跑去隔壁豬血糕回頭看到飲料用好放在櫃檯，問好就拿去車上才發現上面杯子有結霜好像剛從冷凍拿出來，喝了一口果然口感也差不多了吧?退冰後真難喝.

店員態度有夠好 比普遍的飲料店還要好
點杯飲料然後我說要熱的
就先說熱的要現場加熱可能要稍等一下喔~
我當然說沒關係後 走到外面人行道那等待
後來過了大約五分鐘 店員直接送飲料出來給我
直接嚇到！一般飲料店都是叫號說你的好了喔~
我當時也才點個一杯50元的飲料
沒想到服務品質那麼高?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點外送滿299有送一杯飲料的活動，4/30 21:32在點選時因為看到結帳頁面有自動顯示已有包含贈送的飲料故沒注意到需要先點選飲料結帳時讓系統扣除金額，外送一抵達發現少了贈送的飲料就打給門市是一位男性店員接聽，可能因妨礙到他準時下班接聽回覆態度極度不耐煩且一直僅重複同一句「要先菜單點選才有送」，當我回應他好我知道了並且要再詢問是否有辦法補給時，這位男性店員居然什麼話都沒說直接將電話掛掉，可能因我點外送已接近下班時間，但我並不認為作為一位服務人員在客人問題都尚未詢問完就將電話掛斷是個好的行為。
