★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet place to hang out and do nothing at all if you are the kind of person who doesn't get bored easily. Very crowded during Wisteria season (from late March to early April).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a memorial park. Long ago, because there was not enough water to provide water for these large farms, people dug a large pond for the large farms. Now, the park is in the center of the old pond.
