The booking process of a fantastic company is super weird! Whether it’s Renaissance or Far East’s takeover, it’s better than your design reservation-to-payment process. I really hope to go abroad... to get rid of these companies! Waste subsidies for such enterprises!

而且讓人感覺非常不親切 好像不耐煩的樣子 還沒搭到飛機就已經先在心裡打折扣了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This airline deserve 0 or under zero stars. After more than 20 years experience of flights and airlines worldwide, this is absolutely the worst! Cancelling flights due to little rain, no wind. No assistance for people who obviously has no place where to stay because of their flight cancellation. No idea of when will be the next flight. Unknown waiting list, with obvious loss of eventually full days, just to wait whether they will fly or not.
