Me and my family are from Europe and Mexico, and we've never experienced such incompetence from an air line, our flight was cancelled for bad weather, but when we checked, there was 0.5 mm of rain, and now we are risking that we are not gonna be able to fly because of the incompetence and disorganization of this local air line.

This airline deserve 0 or under zero stars. After more than 20 years experience of flights and airlines worldwide, this is absolutely the worst! Cancelling flights due to little rain, no wind. No assistance for people who obviously has no place where to stay because of their flight cancellation. No idea of when will be the next flight. Unknown waiting list, with obvious loss of eventually full days, just to wait whether they will fly or not.
