★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local Taiwan fast food chain? I tried the Noodles for TWD30 and it is worth it! You have to try to eat like a local, eat Noodles using a spoon. Not easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dandan Hamburg is like the In-N-Out of Kaoshiung. It is a fast food spot with Taiwanese cuisine as well as some typical fast food fare. The most cravable item to me is the chicken sandwich. The chicken is fried very well... so crispy and flavorful, I want one just thinking about it! The milk tea and milk coffee are also surprisingly good. Everything else was just okay to me, which is expected out of fast food, but the chicken sandwich is enough to bring me back. This location is a bit out of the way though if you are traveling by public transportation. The closest MRT station, the Sanduo Shopping District Station, is a bit of a walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (No English menu but has pics) I think the price is very good. But I don’t think the burger and the soups are special. I see many people order deep fried chicken and it looks good. But I prefer to have a little bit healthier breakfast... anyway, I think the price is good but food are just not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been told I'm not Taiwanese until I eat here. My family and I ordered their breakfast sandwich combo with a coffee as well french fries, nuggets and a stuffed hash brown. Overall the food is pretty good, but not sure what is their main seller. My breakfast hamburger was ok, the pork patty and egg was very thin and there hardly any lettuce. The sauce wasn't sweet or had much flavour. Their hash brown was very crispy and stuffed with corn. This restaurant reminds me of a Taiwanese McDonald's.
This location is very busy with long but quick lines. Due to Covid there is no dine in, only to go orders. Parking is a mess as there isn't enough locations. Which isn't their fault. The staff there is friendly but very busy with pushing so many orders. I would recommend you give them a try, but take someone with experience with their menu.
