 The products are diversified and much cheaper than the hypermarkets, but there are not as many items as the hypermarkets, things look good, and the design is very distinctive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A disorganized mess of overpriced and unnecessary items. There is no logic to their stocking and most items are overpriced simply because of being imported from Japan. You can find similar items for half the price from local Taiwanese companies. Service is almost non-existent. I've been there at least four times with my friend to look over the products and we've never left with anything. There's also no wheelchair access and the aisles are narrow and crowded. Save your time and shop elsewhere, unless you idolize Japanese products. If so, this may be heaven for you, 哈哈！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find this place quite useful as it provides simple solutions for common everyday problem. There is a reason Japanese are so good at this, that's why these sort of shop exist. We don't buy them just 'cos they're Japanese, like some people think. I bought couple LED lite, which i consider good value, and the selections were great. The non existent service, as some called it, is fine with me, as I'm not the type that like people waiting on me, and i certainly don't like pushy sales people. In fact, I went over to the counter to query something before making my purchase and the staff were so friendly. Btw, the DIY stick on plastic tile is so clever and cost effective, who would have though of it but the Japanese!
