用餐環境乾淨，有免費的酸菜、醃菜類可以加在牛肉麵提味，不過其實不用加，牛肉麵已經很夠味了。
今天吃涮牛肉拉麵，麵條是手工的麵條，牛肉片是有厚度的，不是那種很薄的火鍋肉片，湯也很好喝，碗是用陶瓷製的，而非用三聚氰胺的美耐皿碗盤，很棒。

The dining environment is clean. There are free sauerkraut and pickled vegetables that can be added to the beef noodles to improve the flavor, but in fact, there is no need to add them. The beef noodles are already very flavorful.
Today I ate Shabu beef ramen. The noodles are handmade noodles. The beef slices are thick, not thin slices of hot pot meat. The soup is also delicious. The bowl is made of ceramics instead of melamine bowls. Plate, great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 內用有冷氣，肉超大塊，麵條的細拉麵煮的熟度剛剛好，不會過爛，老闆阿姨很親切，在我吃完離開時還詢問是否有吃飽。
不過店面在小巷弄裡不好找，要在漁夫廚房餐廳後面那條台鋁北巷進去，再轉進復興新巷，建議騎機車比較方便。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店面看起來非常整潔乾淨，老闆娘非常熱心的招呼我，因為疫情沒有提供小菜，但是她拿出四樣涼菜都是免費（涼筍丶辣蘿蔔乾丶酸菜和剝皮辣椒）並叫我打包回家，我買了水餃丶綜合牛腱牛筋和牛肉湯，外帶還打八折，東西都很美味可口，店家自製的辣椒也很夠味，下次要去店裡內用。
