★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great to visit. it's a hidden place, surrounded by houses. easy to be missed. slow down when you drive near to and there is a sign to indicate the spot to turn into.
Nice atmosphere with tea taste there, sit and enjoy open space with the lawn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It may be challenging to get here with a car but it is a lovely and charming tea room once you get there. The architecture remained from Japanese occupied era was preserved. One could while away a pleasant afternoon enjoying tea while sitting on tatami mat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Give my highest point of this. The place is fantastic. The tea is awesome. This is a tea maker and you can even book other tea factory for visiting. To me, sharing of this info may increase the visitors, it will be a bad news for me. BTW, the parking space is only few, around 10. You can park in there tea factory space (another 10) and has to climb some stairs up. Crowded during the holiday afternoon. No offer of meal but only tea and snacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A serene tea house with 3 private rooms, opened since Japanese Era in 1944. Feel the aroma of tea making in the outdoors while approaching the space, a change of scenery and ambience from city life. Love the snacks & cakes (especially its Cold Tea Eggs) and it’s selection of home grown tea, many are Award Winning too. Decently priced with little crowd, recommended for cultured tea drinkers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phenomenal historical tea house! Quiet, secluded, one of a kind.
Built in 1944. this unique tea house keeps the fusion of the Japanese and Taiwanese culture from its time. Even the music is delicately selected for the theme. The style sounds Japanese, but it’s actually in Taiwanese.
We had the pomelo and honey melon oolong. Unlike any of the usual sweet fruit tea, they were proper tea with a light dab of natural fruity aroma.
We learned that the fruit was actually carve out and replaced with tea leafs before going through the fermenting process.
