★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think I went at the wrong time because a lot of things seemed closed and there weren't many tourists. I did watch the performance and it was interesting but because there were only about 10 spectators I felt bad for the performers also since they didn't seem motivated to do the performance as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a aborigines village located in deep mountain of Alishan area, you need a own transport to get here by suggest.
If you are planning to visit here, may be try rent a car at ChiaYi and drive here, coz buses only stop at the main road that 10km distance from here.
Car rental could be found at shop around ChiaYi train station, with local citizen owned, or at the HighSpeedRail station with trust-able company car rental station(more expensive).
From ChiaYi city to Danayiku takes about 1.5hrs (50km). Danayiku the aboriginal village, held the traditional aborigines dance everyday within 10:40, 13:50 and 15:30. Come to feel the passion of Taiwan's aborigines and sightseeing the beauty of Danayiku.
長途跋涉，抵達時有註明汽車收費，但管理人員坐得遠遠地不想理我們，所以驅車直入。園區到處商業，垃圾多，往深山去，才能体會[達娜依谷]的美。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was very beautiful and peaceful. Worth the trip there, a little far from the city. So take into consideration the time and transportation. Light to medium hike and amazing scenery. Scheduled dances and food at the entrance to the park.
