★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much more than a five star hotel. I have stayed in many top hotels around the world and in Taipei. Many have been five star hotels but none compared to the experience of this stay.
Essentially the sincerity and friendliness of the team made us feel like staying with friends.
The deluxe twin room was good size with a large bathroom. The room was modern and clean.
Breakfast was not huge in selection but more than adequate. You can tell the team was friendly and eager to make every guest's experience the best. I suspect this had to do with the hotel manager being there leading by example. I even saw him help out the breakfast area when it was busy, or anything that requires attention. Pictured was the manager Bbq for guests on mid autumn festival weekend.
Small hotel with a personal attention.
If in Tianmu area this would definitely be the place I would stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 2 nights while coaching a track meet. Very good location for getting back and forth to TAS and surrounded by decent places to eat. I didn't have time to look around to far, but there is food within walking distance in both directions. The hotel itself was clean, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good. Endless coffee, espresso, cappuccinos. I'd stay there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had stayed at here for a month long in order to settle down in this town. Their hospitalities were good, facilities and room are new and clean so that I could have been comfortable while I was there. I strongly recommend you if you are interested in Tianmu area, if you are not, I recommend you others in the downtown or in a famous place for sightseeing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous, a place like home! Clean and comfortable. Love to stay again! Deluxe family room comes with a bathtub, and very clean toilet.
Children are very pampered here, from the daily snacks to the free flow hot chocolate during tea time and not to mention the breakfast spread fit for old and young, vegan or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff and onsite team was incredibly hospitable and friendly. They were helpful in receiving us after our long flight into Taipei and even more helpful before us heading out for flight back home. The room is clean and well appointed. Then there is the breakfast, wow. We knew there was lots of good food to get in the area and had no intention of taking advantage of the free breakfast. Once we saw what they were serving, we ate breakfast there every single morning. Absolutely great and authentic food, plus they offer breakfast staples from other countries to accommodate everyone. They also had random snacks available throughout the day. When we get the chance to visit Taiwan again, we would absolutely stay at this or any other Dandy location without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hospitality employees. Staff is well trained and pays attention to details. I arrived with my 2 year-old boy in a raining day, i was greeted by a gentleman holding umbrellas and offering help with luggage. My boy got a balloon when I was busy with checking in; it made his day. Our room is clean and with great soundproof. Overall, we had a great experience staying at Dandy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed here multiple times in the past. I can’t stress enough how much I enjoyed staying here. MANY things to do and see within walking distance from the hotel and also very short walk to MARTA train station which is cheap, clean and very efficient way to travel while in Taipei. Staff here are the BEST! Always polite, reliable and eager to assist their customers. The free breakfast is also a highlight and often there is some type of live music being performed during meal hours. (Like a violinist) They always put out snacks for their customers during the day so you can grab and go on your way out. I cannot wait until this COVID pandemic is over! The very first place I’m going to travel is to Taipei and I’ll be staying at the Dandy Hotel Tianmu Branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for money, garage for car, family mart just 20m from the hotel. My little girl was celebrating 2 years and they allowed us to invite 2-3 friends to celebrate together at their buffet place without any single complain. Rooms are clean and tidy, bathrooms as well, staff very kind and helpful. I would definitely go there again!!
