店員態度超差，講話很不屑，問款式很沒耐心價錢還說自己看標籤

最愛的服飾店之一,皮鞋舒服又耐穿,這質感應該不只這個價錢,店員也很專業的會跟我分享鞋子的問題,建議不要去,會很容易手滑

從進門感覺不到歡迎，介紹也很爛 例如：商品有分不同價格，我們詢問，那這個(新品）跟那邊（換季品）有什麼差呀？（前提不知道是換季還是新品）人員回：我們都是牛皮，只是那邊特價因為比較舊款的（過程中人員給我的態度是你問這什麼問題⋯⋯）但只要說因為那邊是過季商品所以特價，這邊是新品所以沒有做促銷不就好了嗎？？不懂這有很難解釋嗎？？原本只想給一星，但後面我們要離開還懂的遞上名片跟我們說款式都可以先網路看哦。才勉強給2星。請人員多加強行銷話術

One of the best finds for men’s leather shoes in Taipei. Dapper and dandy ;)

I never write reviews, the saleslady at this store was so bad I feel compelled to warn others. I visited the store Jan 24, 2021 around 2:30pm. After looking at the good reviews I came hoping to buy a pair of shoes. At one point I asked her what was the difference between two shoes and she said "what do you mean what's the difference".... Does this lady have any qualifications at all? Another point I asked her how much space for your toes is appropriate, trying to figure out the right size, and she stares blankly and says "I don't know". I know it's almost comical. At another point, after Ive tried on one shoe, I stand up to see the other shoes on the rack and she literally full-fist grabs me by the arm and yells at me to sit down and take off the shoe because it would damage the shoe if I walked a couple steps (Isnt the point of trying on shoes to walk in them? ). Her unprofessionalism is appalling. After being subject to the saleslady's condescending and belittling attitude and remarks, many I've left out because it would be too long, I left immediately with a bad taste in my mouth. I can't fathom someone who was supposedly trained to sell shoes could behave so polar opposite. I've heard this chain had taken a dive since previous years and they've had to downsize to a smaller store, perhaps this also means they can't hire an adequate salesperson as well who doesn't chase prospective buyers away. I can't comment on the quality of the shoes because of the lady's disgusting demeanor but I wouldn't hold my breath, the few questions I asked online and in person lacked any sense of understanding of shoemaking, something they proclaim to be experts in on their website. I asked if they shoes used goodyear welting of the soles and all they have me a generic response, everyone's taste is different... Do yourself a favor, save your time and stay away from this place. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

We came across this shop with no expectation but our experience was ?! The staff who attended to me was helpful, polite and genuine. He patiently recommended on the different designs they offer and his product knowledge is commendable. This was the best shopping experience I had in Taiwan, worth the visit and they offer quality and unique designs that you can't find anywhere else! 很感谢服装店的服务员，服务态度很好！下次来台湾还会再光顾。
