★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朋友先前在他們官網購買一隻手錶，使用上發現有問題，到店面反應，店面說不協助官網購買的產品保固，在反應給官網詢問如何保固，結果只收到盡快為你服務的信件，然後就完全沒有任何下文，那隻錶幾乎不能用，只要戴在手上，有震動就會突然停止。
近期發現官網有線上諮詢，結果一直說過保，要求返回店面維修。
當初保固內，店面不保固，官網不理會，現在過保，要你送維修，然後完全沒有要針對不回mail的原因說明，真是一間爛公司！
