Chunde Kindergarten is one of the few large kindergartens in the hinterland of Tamsui. It has an outdoor lawn, a play area, and an indoor swimming pool. The teaching focuses on children's morality and etiquette, and is suitable for children to grow and learn.
Chunde Kindergarten was founded in Oxford School in 1937 and moved to the new campus (the former girls' gymnasium of Tamkang Middle School) on December 15, 2001. Although the park is located in the historic Tamkang Middle School, it is usually not open for visitors.
