肉塊看得到有份量，麵體也有嚼勁，滿滿蔥花我喜歡。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an American that visits Taiwan quite frequently I have to say that for the price and quality this place cannot be beat!
The noodles are "to the tooth" (Al dente) and their dumplings hold their own for those times you don't want to eat a third bowl of beef noodles in the span of a week..
Even without the ability to read Chinese there are no wrong choices when picking a noodle dish at random: insofar you don't Russian roulette yourself the one or two spicy variants if you're week to spicy food.
Highly recommend getting some side dishes that you can order at the counter. My recommendation is the tofu noodle like side dish.
