但有霉味覺得不舒服
樓下是聲色場所 雖然聽不到吵雜聲音
但是光經過門口就會覺得可怕
不適合家庭來住宿

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 樓下音響吵整晚，還不時有人唱歌，根本不能睡，直到早上6點多才靜了一些！整間屋子都是?味，尤其是廁所整晚都是?味！早上12點就打來電話要退房時間！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 五樓好評比較多 所以還沒入住就先打電話去問自己是四樓還五樓 結果是四樓 就直接說要換到五樓 有多加200元 房間整體不錯 我也沒聞到煙味 晚上耶算安靜 可能是因為在五樓 只是隔音很差 早上有人開始退房就聽得到講話聲 櫃檯人員也沒有太多差 都蠻nice的 飯店是在紅樓上方
但價格真的很便宜 cp值算高了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前叫大千賓館，如果要安靜一點，可以貼300住高樓層，設備會比較新，然後要注意樓下有很多37仔，要強烈的表達拒絕意願。

我用很客觀的角度來評論
1.價格真的很便宜，一分錢一份貨
2.房間還算乾淨，只是在廁所發現巨大小強，活的。
3.櫃檯人員態度正常，沒有很不屑、也不會特別親切
住這間你需要知道：
1.聽得到樓下唱歌，然後凌晨大概2~6有舞曲音樂，在房間就聽得到，不大聲也不小聲
2.樓下出入分子比較複雜，進入電梯上到旅館大廳後就還好了，各位自行評估

1. 雖然定的是無菸房，但不知為何房間內煙味很重。
2. 浴室的水壓相當不穩定，忽大忽小。
3. 地板很髒，赤腳從淋浴間走到床邊，腳底就黏了一堆毛髮。
4. 旅館樓下三層都是酒店，若要稍微晚一點出門買個消夜
經過大門會和一堆PA車小弟四目對望有點尷尬...
優點：
1. 價格還算便宜，一晚850。
2. 一張雙人床，空間也算大，不會有壓迫感。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隔音很差，樓下就是酒店，音響的震動頻率及音樂，從樓下傳到樓上，我想這裡的牆壁應該完全沒有做隔音的效果。
然後，床頭有蟑螂，雖然是小隻的德國蟑螂，但的確反映出這家旅館的清潔層面有多不足。
絕對不推薦任何想休息的人！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.用線上訂房到現場問要不要加價換5樓房間，說有別人希望用便宜的價錢住到他們的房間可能品質較差之類的，我堅持拒絕加價，才讓我們住4樓，我在意的只是價位，只是要睡覺沒有要幹嘛，一直問我要不要加價，個人有點無言。
2.樓下停車場說沒位置，走一段路去牽車
