★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常慢，年紀大的作業員業務處理真的有夠慢，前面一個人可以處理快半個小時，後面已經大排長弄，還是在漫不經心的處理，為什麼櫃檯不能多加幾個。

因為家中長輩往生5／3上午我去郵局請教應該準備什麼資料除戶，老先生你就一整個為難，不說要準備什麼資料，口氣又很差要我先拿死亡證明來才會給我相關表格，搞得家裡辦喪事忙碌之餘還要反覆拜訪郵局請教需要什麼東西，幸好其他行員很熱心協助還幫我們看資料。
5／4資料備妥要辦理除戶，老先生您竟然當著家屬的面問「要除戶的人怎麼沒親自來辧理」，死亡證明都攤在你面前了，請問您是故意為難家屬還是取笑死者？我們很有禮貌的請求協助，難道不能多點同理心嗎？
