It offers a multi-floor restaurant with both indoor (with air-conditioning) and open-air dining areas, both with breathtaking views of Shihmen Reservoir. Their menu has something for everyone, even children. Take note that no English version of the menu is available, so make sure your phone is charged and your Google Translate app is at the ready! There is ample parking for both cars and scooters, so bring the whole family and enjoy the view. IMPORTANT: Bring cash, they do NOT accept any credit or debit cards as payment!
J	J.David Hwang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were here 4 years ago. The views were magnificent, fabulous and gorgeous. It’s located the upper portion of Shiman reservoir. Actually, view-wise, this place is probably 5 stars for sure. However, food & drinks are below average. Definitely a must visit spot if you like the beautiful scenes of Taiwan, especially very natural & awesome ones.

We have a whole area to ourselves while we visited during the weekday. Food was surprisingly good for a touristy place such as this. Pretty ok prices as well for the nice view! Service is good but not convenient if you are with wheelchair or baby stroller. You need to walk quite some stairs to reach seating area hence the four stars.
