餐廳地點很好找,停車應該路邊可以停(應該不會被開紅單???).用餐環境簡單舒服,餐點口味很不錯。也都採用當地當地的食材!食材數量有限,午餐和晚餐的菜色也會依照食材來做變化!每一道菜色都有他的特色,感受到廚師的用心。服務態度都很好,非常值得來的慢食小餐廳。

預約制的原住民無菜單料理 第一道洛神沙拉給了我對後面菜餚滿滿的想像力,沙拉使用白馬齒莧草吃起來口感蠻特別的,搭配洛神花醬跟洛神花的脆燒,脆燒酥脆微甜的口感與菜葉搭配的很好! 刺蔥麵包搭上小魚乾醬還不錯,但麵包口感偏扎實且厚重,希望可以吃到再濕潤一點的麵體。 烤穀還行中規中矩的烤蔬菜跟地瓜。 樹豆排骨湯太過清淡,感覺少了很多風味,之後的毛地瓜搭配祈拿福口味還行,祈拿福蠻好吃的,但是跟毛地瓜並沒有太多的連結,感覺只是擺在一起增加飽足感而已。 原本很期待最後的主廚烤雞,烤雞上來用石頭保溫,除了烤雞以為的食材都處理的不錯,但烤雞肉質太柴,調味也不夠,也沒有雞肉的湯汁及香味。最後的甜點是酪梨牛奶冰沙搭希臘蜂蜜,初鹿的鮮乳乳香不錯,但是感覺跟希臘蜂蜜不太搭,希臘蜂蜜過於濃稠又帶點微苦,加上蜂蜜時完全沒有酪梨牛奶的味道,風味都被蜂蜜搶走了! 整體來說用餐服務都很不錯!但當天有一組數量較多的客人,看到老闆娘很用心的在為他們介紹食材跟故事,可能情緒比較激動聲量比較大一些,稍微影響了用餐品質!

南迴公路上一家無菜單料理店。 一個人$650,這次用餐有七道菜 整餐吃下來之後覺得很普通, 認真回顧照片後發現真的沒什麼特色⋯ 而且份量配置的很有問題, 只覺得祈拿福好吃, 但放那麼多毛地瓜, 感覺只是想用毛地瓜餵飽客人。 主廚烤雞,雞肉非常的乾又柴, 完全吃不下去⋯⋯ 樹豆排骨湯沒什麼味道 落神沙拉(不知道是不是寫錯字⋯) 應該是「洛」神。 用了一些沒吃過的野菜, 還有點特色,上面的洛神脆燒滿好吃的, 可惜不是店家自己的產品。 整餐下來,除了風味烤雞用石頭保溫, 感受到一點點原住民風味餐的儀式, 餐點上完全感受不到原住民特色。 原本還想說找到一間之後去台東的路上 可以常常光顧的店⋯結果是一次店。

A small family owned restaurant. The husband is Aboriginal Paiwan and the wife speaks some english. Very friendly. The food introduces some local aboriginal flavor like millet wine, Millet pudding, Roselle tea, special locally grown sweet potato, and bamboo rice. The Caesar salad and steak with eggs were delicious! The ginger cinnamon roll was also nice. We called in to make reservations before going.
