申請簡單的財產歸戶證明,最後要簽名,只說紅色方框放大然後簽名,結果點老半天,沒辦法簽,最後原來是櫃檯人員對系統不熟,變成我自己研究發現要怎麼點出簽名方框,才順利簽名,簽完了還惱羞在那邊給我辯解,要跟我吵起來…傻眼!我直接一個不屑懶的理她,她發現我也沒有在回她話,對於一個連自己家系統都不熟的櫃檯人員我也不想講太多,教育訓練你家主管的事情,沒那個美國時間在那跟你耗,主管不教繼續放任擺爛就看她繼續跟其他客戶吵!
