The ntd 100 admission can be used for purchase inside the expensive shop! Maybe only good for some hipster pictures, no more than that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admission is 100NTD but you can use it towards any purchase inside the factory. It’s a pretty cool and Instagram-worthy tea factory. There are a lot of tea selections if you’re into that. It gets pretty packed on the weekends and parking is very limited.

Fun fact: the architectural style of the factory is actually based on the tea factories of Darjeeling and a mixture of Japanese and Taiwanese traditions...
Ticket price is 100ntd, which includes a 100ntd cash voucher that can be used to purchase tea or other gift items.
A nice place to know about the tea culture and traditions in Taiwan..good place to visit for a short weekend trip

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This heritage tea factory is very famous and must visit in Taoyuan. Taiwanese tea production is built with mixed and evolved technologies from Japan and ancient China. Thus it makes Taiwanese tea so special and full of different flavors. If you visit Taoyuan area, this one is a must-visit place for a relaxing tea time and refresh of Taiwanese tea production history.
Transportation: You can drive here or come here by bus. Uber is also one of the choice.
Food/Service: Taiwanese people are always friendly and nice to foreigners. There are tea shop as well as a teatime restaurant next to the hall. Black tea made by them is highly recommended!
Environment: A heritage factory with showroom of historical documents/equipments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressive factory. A lot of things to see. We stayed here for about 40 mins to look around and had meal here. The entry administration can be use to pay for things inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a lot of attraction in the region. One needs to drive to the old tea processing factory. It costs NT$100 per person entrance fee. It is nicely display with shelfs of tea related products at the entrance hall. One then enters the processing side of the display with photos, history, and old machines. One could also watch a short video of the place. We visited the place in the last day of 2020, a bit cold and drizzling afternoon, not too many visitors. The place was quit and nice to walk around. The entrance fee could also be used to purchase cash equivalent of merchandise. It is a nice place to visit.
