★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平常不是上課就是上班根本沒辦法在三點半前去分行，打電話給客服開卡，客服說可以到atm開，打算到星展新站atm，根據google 地圖找到一棟大樓，找不到atm ，詢問一樓人員才知道結在30樓，上了30樓，星展銀行警衛表示已經過營業時間不對外開放atm ...傻眼至極，atm放在分行裡，過來3:30就不對外開放，真是很爛的設計！
