★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為頂著豪雨在快結束營業的時間出現，全身都在滴水。在銀行裡經過的路徑都是我造成的水滴，不過銀行每個人甚至警衛的態度都很親切，行員也耐著心解釋我提的問題，並盡可能滿足我希望處理的項目。提供的水杯跟過程中給我很多紙巾跟衛生紙擦拭身上的水，甚至臨走前堅持給了一把傘。從這可以看出這間來自新加坡的銀行即使對一般用戶的服務態度要求也是相當高(或台灣人的人情味特別濃?)。
Because the torrential rain appeared at the end of the business, the whole body was dripping. The path that I walked through in the bank was the water droplets I made, but everyone in the bank and even the guards were very kind. The staff also patiently explained my questions and tried to meet the projects I wanted to deal with. The water cup provided in the process gave me a lot of paper towels and toilet paper to wipe the water on my body, and even insisted on giving an umbrella before leaving. It can be seen from this that the bank from Singapore has a very high service attitude to the average user (or is the Taiwanese's human feelings particularly strong?).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022/03/30約下午01：20左右去此間銀行繳費，銀行人員服務態度真的不敢苟同超差的，銀行裡沒個人客人，服務態度還可以這樣，真的傻眼，我在也不會去這間分行辦事。
2022/03/30 I went to the bank here to pay the bills at about 01:20 pm. The service attitude of the bank staff is really unacceptable. There are no personal customers in the bank. Go to this branch.
