★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unhelpful staff and lack of patience, I intended to open the multiplier account in this DBS branch, the teller asked me a lot of private questions with uncourteous manner,finally she refused my request without any reasons. Just suggested me to go Standard Chartered Bank. Please re-train the bank staff for maintaining the basic customer services. If anyone see the advertisement for promotion of multiplier account. Don't trust it, just waste the time. I shall send the complaint email to Singapore headquarter in order to reflect such unsatisfied services.
