貴銀行再不改善制度真的無藥可救,本要查詢自己的貸款繳費資料,結果一定要到現場查詢,貴銀行把繳費狀態及資料設置成確認身分使用,其他個資還不可使用,電話客服人員竟然還表示現場查詢也一定要知道繳費日期跟金額,請他再次確認後才改變說法,貴銀行在台灣設點本就不多,現場也燈光昏暗,服務人員懶散,我要查詢還款竟然一波三折,本人非常後悔申辦過貴銀行之借貸。
