★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前有先於官網詢問臨櫃升級星禧數位帳戶的業務問題，內湖專員也有聯繫我，但是只說帶雙證件臨櫃即可。
到了分行，才跟我說要護照要名片…
雖然沒帶也可以辦…但是多花了很多時間，多簽了很多文件
到時英文名還得再跑分行才能改…
臨櫃體驗實在不是很好

而且不管辦什麼千萬不要抽客戶服務
根本不會叫號 等到一般收付處理完才會輪到
這是什麼機制 換個摺等了1-20分鐘 是客戶重要還是你們手邊的事務重要
可以讓客戶在一旁空等

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 貴銀行再不改善制度真的無藥可救，本要查詢自己的貸款繳費資料，結果一定要到現場查詢，貴銀行把繳費狀態及資料設置成確認身分使用，其他個資還不可使用，電話客服人員竟然還表示現場查詢也一定要知道繳費日期跟金額，請他再次確認後才改變說法，貴銀行在台灣設點本就不多，現場也燈光昏暗，服務人員懶散，我要查詢還款竟然一波三折，本人非常後悔申辦過貴銀行之借貸。
