★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常不ok的銀行，沒有0800客服，房貸問題分行無法幫忙處理，要打長途電話，打通了，還不知要等多久，才有客服接! 紓困房屋貸款延繳還要繳利息，無言。如非必要，千萬別跟這家銀行有任何往來，切記!
Very bad bank, there is no 0800 customer service, and the branch of the mortgage problem cannot help. It has to make a long-distance call and get through. I don't know how long it will take before the customer service can answer it! If not necessary, don't have any dealings with this bank, remember!

而且明明有line可傳訊,專員卻要打電話,真奇怪...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a customer of DBS Bank Singapore. So I am very disappointed to find out that this bank is unable to remit money from here to my DBS bank account in Singapore. When I asked to remit the money, the teller just say no without even checking. And I asked her if this is the only branch that don't do it? She says the entire whole DBS bank all of Taipei don't perform this service?? Which is totally bizarre to be honest, for a bank not providing this service so I think the teller was just lazy and reluctant to help. She just ask me to go to a different bank.
