★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有進到飯店的感覺，大廳非常氣派，離埔心火車站很近，一樓也有7-11，生活機能還不錯，有埔心豪宅之稱。一期華府DC1更是百坪豪宅。
 It feels like entering the hotel. The lobby is very magnificent. It is very close to the Puxin Railway Station. There are 7-11 on the first floor. The living functions are pretty good. It is known as a luxury residence in Puxin. The first phase of Washington DC1 is a 100-ping mansion.
