服務態度佳,感覺價格跟食物品質有落差。 小點部分還是好吃,腐皮蝦捲的部分,端上來的時候熱騰騰的,而且香味很足十分喜歡,內容物的蝦子蠻多的,皮酥內軟,適合入口,最喜歡的一道菜。 牛河也是很棒,兩個人吃點一份剛好,河粉將醬汁吸的爆滿,每口都有入味,配上豆芽菜的爽脆口感很舒服,可惜最後會有點過鹹過膩的口感。 可惜湯品大差評,肉骨茶喝起來像藥燉排骨,裡面的骨頭比我手骨還多,清燉牛肉湯就一般般,沒什麼特別的。 水煮牛肉辣歸辣,但就很普通,配菜的豆芽菜比肉還好吃。 下次經過還是會想去吃,但不會特別二訪。

鮮蝦腐皮捲好吃,口感豐富,脆皮炸豆腐香嫩順口,廣式臘味炒飯炒了小辣,飯粒粒分明,只是底部有點油,但腸粉有點過於軟爛,希望可以改善,蛋塔是冷的不酥,如果可以回烤一下再上,我相信味道是不錯的,松露燒賣沒什麼松露的味道,有點可惜,希望店主能夠改善,有機會會再來店品嚐:)

位於花蓮火車站大廳一樓的連鎖港式飲茶 當天因為我朋友生日,決定帶他來市區吃大餐。這間店之前搭火車的時候都會經過,只是都沒有進去過,我朋友說他很常來這裡買外帶便當,不過倒是頭一次進去餐廳裡面內用。當天才臨時決定好吃這間,原本擔心會不會訂不到位子,沒想到網路上蠻容易訂到的,就這樣三人順利入座。 店員引導我們上二樓,座位很多不用擔心沒位子,店員有先幫我們介紹一下菜單,我和我朋友討論了一下第一輪先點了4、5樣菜。我得說他們這裡的港點一籠均一價才賣$59真的很划算,我在雙北那邊隨便點一籠都可能要$59~$89之間,中式菜餚以及主餐均一價$169,也不會到太貴。我們當天總共點了10樣餐點以及三杯飲品,待會會分為推薦及不推薦來介紹。 推薦品項:1.鮮蝦腐皮捲 2.黑金流沙包 3.鮮蝦腸粉 4.千絲炸春捲 5.揚州炒飯 1.鮮蝦腐皮捲:他們港點大部分都是一籠三顆,三人分剛剛好。不過這道確只有兩塊,我們就分成4小塊品嚐。不過我得說這道算是我的當日MVP,腐皮捲炸的金黃酥脆且不油膩,裡面的蝦子都很大一顆不會不新鮮,我們都還蠻喜歡這道的。 2.黑金流沙包:來到港點店我都會點流沙包品嚐,第一輪點了黃金流沙包讓我有點失望(待會說明),第二輪想說給這道一個機會,因為我看評論蠻多人點的。果然沒有讓我失望,芝麻像流沙般爆漿出來,甜甜的不帶點苦味,且外觀也很好拍。另外,他們包子類的餅皮都做得不錯,很值得一點。 3.鮮蝦腸粉:腸粉餅皮Q彈不會太厚實,我吃過很難吃的腸粉,所以對腸粉會有點顧忌。不過這家我還蠻喜歡的,且蝦子裡面有包兩顆,要小心蝦子很容易滑出來喔~底下的醬汁甜甜的沾起來很好吃。 4.揚州炒飯:其實我有去過好幾間港點,不過揚州炒飯卻是第一次品嚐。他們堆的像三角金字塔一樣,炒飯嚐起來粒粒分明,不會吃到鹽粒,裡面也有好幾顆蝦仁,我朋友很喜歡這道,覺得是好吃的炒飯。 5.千絲炸春捲:這也是第二輪加點的,餅皮跟腐皮捲一樣炸的好吃也不會過油,裡面的餡料味道也ok,算是中規中矩。 ___________________________________________ 不推薦品項:1.雞粒鹹水餃 2.蜜汁叉燒包 3.焦糖焗布丁 4.黃金流沙包 5.腐皮牛肉丸 1.雞粒鹹水餃:一開始看到這品項覺得蠻新奇的,抱著好奇心去點,結果真的踩到雷。水餃外皮是用炸過的,餅皮吃起來有點像是台式炸熱狗外面那層麵衣,不過咬起來再甜一點,裡面咬起來幾乎是空心的,只有少許鹹鹹的餡料,嚐起來不知道在吃什麼。 2.蜜汁叉燒包:這道算是港式經典菜色,不過之所以不喜歡是絕對裡面的叉燒肉存在感有點低,只有一小塊就沒了,吃完有點空虛,不過蜜汁醬和包子麵皮還是不錯吃。 3.焦糖焗布丁:我們當天唯一點的甜品,因為是最後一道,我們想要吃完趕快離開,不過卻等了稍微久了一點,好不容易端上來準備享用發現,我覺得便利商店的布丁可能比較好吃一點,底下的焦糖液太甜了,布丁上面一層有特別處理過,嚐起來口感跟底層布丁不太一樣,個人沒有很喜歡,早知道應該點杏仁豆腐可能會比較好。 4.黃金流沙包:剛剛說過相比黑金流沙包,這款比較不推在於裡面內餡的流沙感不足,且我期待的黃金流沙包是奶香帶點鹹蛋黃的香氣,可惜只有奶味而已,整體有點普通。 5.腐皮牛肉丸:其實這道我是還好,沒有特別喜歡或討厭。不過我朋友覺得這道很普通,牛肉丸也吃不出什麼牛肉的香氣,而且跟照片比起來,沒想到是這麼小顆,可以少點一樣去吃其他的品項會更好。 飲品的部分,我們是點絲襪奶茶、鹹檸雪碧以及凍檸可樂 絲襪奶茶:茶味有出來且不至於會苦澀,與奶香搭配的剛好,喝起來不會很水,以這個價位來說算是不錯了。 鹹檸雪碧&凍檸可樂:這兩杯我都有點失望。兩者喝起來都只有一般汽水的感覺,檸檬的香氣內有出來,鹹檸雪碧的鹹味也很不明顯,覺得還是絲襪奶茶比較好喝。 整體評價約3.9~4.1顆星(滿分5顆星),花蓮的港式餐廳算是很稀少,所以我也不能要求太多。這間整體來說算是平價且餐點味道還可以。環境的部分,因為畢竟是在火車站樓下,所以還可以聽到站台廣播以及火車的聲音,還蠻有趣的,不過如果是想要安靜吃飯的話可能就不適合。另外,就是服務生在收拾餐具碗盤碰撞的聲音有點吵,不過我也知道這是難免的,也不能說什麼,服務生服務都還不錯,最後很感謝幫我們拍合照的女店員。
