原本的設計師已沒做了,前陣子去燙離子燙一點都不直,是新手吧!不太會弄,真的第一次燙那麼不直,好像根本沒燙一樣,好失望不會再去了!

第一次到這家剪髮,設計師是 9號設計師Yulie, 蠻推薦的,過程中設計師剪髮很熟練,感覺也很貼心,教一些整理頭髮的技巧,除了頭髮相關問題,不會硬跟客人聊天,也不會推銷產品,也感受得到設計師對客人的尊重,設計師也幫我洗頭,頭髮洗了兩次,然後再潤髮。 第一次體驗價洗+剪是299,下一次就是450元,然後打電話預約可以再打9折,之後應該還會繼續光顧。(指定設計師不用加錢喔!)

我前一天去燙髮,睡一覺起來全直了,只剩髮根的一些蓬度,髮尾完全沒捲度(我知道我要求的捲度本來就沒有很捲,但也太誇張),回到店裡詢問了處理方式,得知設計師休息隔天再來 隔天一到店,很明顯設計師已經準備好了說詞 捲度還在啊(嗯,我知道,不然不會蓬啊),不然我們先洗頭再說 洗頭的過程中又問我之前燙過的髮型,看起來怎麼樣(我之前跟這次,既不是同一個設計師,捲度跟長度也都不一樣,請問重點在哪?) 然後我不能接受的部分開始了 1.妳是細軟髮,又有自然捲,頭髮容易斷,所以層次很高,我又不可能幫你把自然捲拉直bla blabla(從我第一天去就不斷重複,所以) 2.你睡覺盡量不要壓到,不然就會直掉(那我是去睡繩子上嗎?) 3.早上起床,洗完頭要好好烘才會蓬(所以我的作息要因為一頭毛而改變,還不是我自願的? 請問我到底應該睡覺不要壓到,還是早點起床再洗頭??) 我能理解你們有業績壓力,所以會推更高價的課程或想賣產品,但是每用一個產品或是器材都要推個一下真的夠了 4 .我坦承這樣的捲度,以我的手殘程度無法照料,因為就算在濕髮的狀態下也是很不捲,更別說乾了的時候了,完全不是我想要的 而我得到的答案是:那就好好烘啊,我會教妳的(問題這跟妳上次教我的整理方式完全不同啊) 也許重新幫我調整捲度重燙,會造成妳重大的損失,但是妳這樣的處理方式真的讓我不能接受 從頭到尾沒有一點關心,例如:哪裡不滿意嗎? 有什麼地方可以加強的嗎? 是不是我們的溝通有點問題? 妹妹我知道妳年輕,但事情不是這樣處理的 可能我們雙方都有認知誤差,所以造成這種結果,但是一昧的將錯推到消費者頭上真的好嗎?
