從五月底裝機到現在只有第一個禮拜的網路是穩定的,之後幾乎每天都有斷訊問題。 大部分斷訊時間從1分鐘到15分鐘不等,有幾次甚至好幾個小時,斷線次數從3~10幾次都不誇張蠻常晚上8、9點過後瘋狂斷訊,已經持續快一個月了。 公司已經請了好幾個人來看過了 第一次來的說外面下雨所以會干擾就走了(阿後來沒下雨好幾天都照斷),第二個來了只進了門口看一看說沒問題就走了 第三個甚至只打了電話問說現在是不是正常的就不來了(當下是正常的但晚上10、11點又開始狂斷) 第四個說是因為有外部訊號干擾他們派人在檢查才會斷訊 第五個是說道路施工影響(我們在裝機之前這附近就一直在施工了,如果是道路施工的問題那我裝機的第一個禮拜不就應該開始斷了?) 這問題到今天都還沒解決,在生活上造成我們家蠻大的困擾的,看盤的沒辦法看盤,上課的沒辦法上課、文書也沒辦法做 我是第一次碰到這種問題啦,我沒想到裝個網路變成是花錢找麻煩 我感覺不出來公司有要處理的意思,給我的感覺就像每次有問題就只會丟個人過來敷衍了事,也不會想著怎麼把問題根除讓雙方都不用再浪費時間 還蠻後悔裝這家的網路.....應該先多看看大家的評價再選擇的.... 這間非常不推薦..大家別貪小便宜餒 PS.客服真的是打10次接1.2次ㄟ 更 : 我們的方案是120/60的 剛裝的第一天的時候有測網速一次89一次90 最近測都只有15左右連20都摸不到= =
