In view of Taiwan's current industrial land area is cramped and difficult to achieve, and modern factory design needs to cover production, research and development, office, accommodation, parking, infrastructure and other diverse functions, so high-intensity use has become the primary planning strategy. 3. This case reflects the connotation of energy conservation with a simple cube, constructs a compact and high-frequency space organization, and fully demonstrates inclusiveness; the core landscape of the cube forms the center of the user's work and life, with a series of vertical and horizontal green lines, and The external 20 meters retreats green to treat the surrounding urban environment, and the main body is placed north to south. The moving line is bright and the overall image is simple and clear, which brings a comfortable look to the overall environment.
