J	JJ_Hey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/19確診，沒收到紙本居隔書。有先上網爬文並看了過來人的建議及指示，但因為不確定，所以還是想電話確認，如其想的一樣，電話很難打進，但我想應該沒這麼糟，畢竟人員也希望能幫助大家解決問題（同服務業），但大多數人可能希望盡快處理，加上不太尚用現成的一些支援，所以急性心態就此冒出，導致很多的怨言及不悅；我覺得將心比心，其實就是自己先吸口氣，世界一樣是美好的。 ps其實剛剛打很多通才努力擠到的 os他人會不會爛線佔頻，然後問蠢問題，導致電話難打進，不予置評建議可先上網自行弄懂，真不懂再來尚用其餘支援，就不會一直爛線了
J	Jenny Chiu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小孩在桃園唸書，在4月28日時因班上同學確診，所以被學校匡列造冊，通知需要居隔，到今天都已經6月13號了，1個半月還是沒收到居隔通知書，偏偏在5/1前的居隔書不能在線上申請電子居隔書，只能開紙本的，別的縣市都收到了，為什麼只有桃園開不出通知書呢? 桃園衛生局的電話永遠打不進去，看看隔壁的新北市長，一直幫市民催居隔書，桃園市長有在積極幫民眾做事嗎? 看衛生局做事的效率就知道了，一直要大家耐心等候，到底要等到什麼時候? 別縣市的疫情也沒比桃園少啊！也沒等那麼久啊?

S	Siphia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/5PCR陽性確診，到現在5/17了也還沒收到隔離單? 打電話永遠沒接過，不懂為什麼不設立分機還是根本電話放旁邊了？？？體諒確診人數眾多所以速度慢但都12天了？衛生所都說衛生局還沒登錄他們沒辦法寄隔離單所有單位都叫我們找衛生局但就是打不通啊啊啊因為確診得知桃園差雙北多少+1 沒確診單沒隔離單防疫包不給里長說一戶一包後來發現新政策可以代領但資料查無去了現場說我們時間隔太久不能領了真的不知道在幹嘛??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ 爛到不可思議的地步?
只	只要有妳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地點服務是很好，但是最近疫情的表現真的很糟糕！光是一個防疫計程車就無法給我正確資訊，只是給你一堆電話一一打去都是語音選項然後無人接聽！我的家人在醫院作完檢查領完藥竟然無法找到車送他回家，他手腳截肢無法坐機車家裡也沒轎車去醫院載他回來，最後我只好騎車載著輪椅到醫院讓我老婆一路推回家（當時已是晚上11點多了。而且家裡又有小小孩不能單獨放他在家）所以真的是折磨人啊！不是要批評政府和相關單位但實在是：《什麼政府嘛！兒童發燒塞劑也買不到，普拿疼也買不到》我真的很想乾脆放棄好了！一切隨命啦！會死就死吧！真是如此啊！
