The Department of Biology was established by Donghai in 1955. It was renamed the Department of Life Sciences in 2004 and has nurtured countless professionals in the field of biology. Unlike the crowded surroundings of the church and the Avenue of Arts and Sciences, it is more tranquil and comfortable. If you are walking here, you might as well enjoy a moment of sunshine in front of the central lawn and admire the kapok tree that grows up and grows with your friends.

The Department of Biology Department Hall is a red cypress building imitating the Tang-style. It is located behind the courtyard of the Faculty of Science. It has white walls and gray tiles. It has the simplicity of the architecture of the early Tang Dynasty (self-opening pattern after introspection on the luxury of the Sui Dynasty). It is an important center for the cultivation of more than one Jiazi life science talents in our country.
