看了過往的評論,都是很好的評價,比如CP質高、服務人員很親切且專業。因此當家人本來要去羅東看床時,好不容易說服家人就近到德瑞克買床。原本希望能體驗到大家所說的專業服務,不過可能我們比較不幸,不知道是因為快關門(20:30關門,我們大約八點多抵達),或是店員心情不好,口氣很不禮貌,好像是不想做生意,要買不買隨便你。 例如接近店門口時,她就只是從辦公桌站後起來,呆站著看我們推門進來,也沒有要來迎接的意思。進門後她的第一句話是;請問要看什麼?(OS:當然是看床,不然要看什麼?)。 再來,也沒有想來主動介紹床墊,就只是站在那邊,板著一張臉等我們主動提出想試看看硬一點的床墊,她也就直接指了一床,說這是最硬的。過程中也沒有介紹其他床鋪的特性,或是提供任何有用的資訊。而是需要我們自己問,是否有其他的軟硬度,可否試躺? 試躺床墊時,提供保潔墊的原因,居然是因為怕客人(我們)弄髒了床,而不是因為怕床鋪髒影響了客人。 最後問說能不能送顆枕頭時,也是踩得很硬,說我只是員工,都要問老闆,好不容易請她打電話想老闆詢問,老闆同意,最後問說零頭能不能減免(數十元),她就以生氣、沒好氣的口吻說,好好好,不然不用付,我自己從我的錢包拿。 我相信這都是很正常的講價格和討價還價的過程。就算價格實在沒辦法談,也是有其他委婉的方式可以拒絕,而不是讓我們感覺,我來付錢買床墊找罪受,是我們的問題,問有沒有送東西是我們不對,請她去掉零頭感覺是我們佔了很大的便宜。 結論:床鋪幾分還不知道,但服務體驗極差,和官網標榜的專業服務並不一樣。就算床再好,下次我也不會再推薦親朋好友上門了。 建議來之前先問看看,評分裡推薦的其他店員有沒有在店裡,不要花錢當凱子買罪受,買床墊還要被洗臉.......

我一直都不知道原來宜蘭會有《滿意試睡十天》的床墊 原本想說多看多比較 不過後來發現有一款極致雲端cp值很高 於是當下不多想就下訂 就在隔天收到床墊 發現真的物超所值 好睡?(店員吳小姐的說明很仔細 而且很親切)
