★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買了一個玻璃保護貼260元.結果指紋無法正常使用.店員說正常,一般客戶貼了就不會使用這個功能了,為何當初購買的時候 ,沒有告知現在要消費者自行吸收

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開心的來給新手機貼玻璃貼,但最後感受頗糟。貼上貴店自有品牌玻璃貼後,超聲波指紋辨識明顯變糟,基本上無法正常使用了,雖然店員錄製指紋的狀況看似順利,但可能我的指紋比較淺,真的要很看運氣才能勉強感應到....抱持著回家再試試看不同角度力道的念頭,卻依舊不見改善,反而還崩潰的發現玻璃貼內產生氣泡了??我理解曲面跟玻璃的密合度不一定很好,但店員沒特別說明邊角可能產生氣泡的情形,這樣的感受就真的差多了....若衝著這兩點,我一開始根本就不會想要購買。過了一天來請一位女店員替我處理氣泡的情形,才得知原來氣泡的情形本來就有可能發生,員工會事先聲明,來確認我們是否ok可以購買....所以前一天那位是在....!!?
雖然女店員最後有順利將氣泡處理乾淨,但我後來想了想,指紋辨識還是無解,又要面臨時有時無的氣泡,決定認賠再改去原廠的智慧館貼原廠膜???? 因此奉勸若也是曲面的用戶,這個部分要三思啊.....
btw 到原廠店面貼膜前,在拔除貴店玻璃貼時發現螢幕上有幾道細小的刮痕,不知是第一天貼膜的男店員造成,還是第二天排除氣泡的女店員導致.....當下真心覺得又傻眼又難過.....望貴店能記取錯誤,好好加強員工訓練。

Although the female clerk managed to clean up the bubbles successfully in the end, but I thought about it later, the fingerprint recognition still has no solution, and I have to face the occasional bubbles, so I decided to accept the compensation and then go to the original factory to stick the original film ? ??? Therefore, if you are also a user of curved surfaces, you should think twice about this part.....
btw Before I went to the original store to apply the film, when I removed the glass sticker in your store, I found a few small scratches on the screen. I don't know if it was caused by the male clerk who applied the film on the first day, or the female clerk who removed the bubbles on the second day.... .I really feel dumbfounded and sad at the moment...I hope your store can remember the mistakes and strengthen staff training.
