★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品於購物網標示不清 下單後 打開物品 查看底部 發現底部的寬度及是兩根管子 隨即放回紙盒 其內部包裝即是如此 因本身自家是很舊的房子 所以只能裝一管 根本沒試裝 且商品寄來時 包裝的方式 也不完善
退貨時 來電說明 有刮傷 須扣款修繕費500 ~~ 金額的部分即是商品的一半左右 實在超級糟糕 ~~~~ 以隨便的名義對消費者扣款 以後不會在網路購買此家用品 隨便扣款

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為入新厝找他們來設計廚房，Line讀超慢回覆也很慢，設計圖跟報價單也是一催再催?️好不容易裝好廚房了才發現安裝的櫻花洗碗機不能用……以為是櫻花的問題，櫻花公司上班日馬上派人來檢查，洗碗機是正常的，原來是安裝廚具的人沒有安裝好，壓到管線導致進水的水壓不足?️?️到這邊已經不知道白眼翻幾圈了？！更扯的是回報貴司只說會再請安裝的師傅跟我們聯絡，就這樣然後就沒下文了？從反應有問題到現在已經過了7天了⋯⋯根本沒有接到安裝師傅的電話？？？大巨光老闆的Line一樣是不讀不回？？？請問現在是怎樣？賺錢這樣賺的哦？
