★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一個企業不出名一定有原因！看看這個服務品質就知道了！櫃檯有人要結帳了，後面已經排兩、三人了，店員還自顧自的整理自己的東西，還要出聲說一句：不好意思喔，我要結帳，店員才過了2、3分鐘後勉強轉過頭來結帳……。我能體會店員工作上的忙碌、疲憊和厭倦感，不過當一天和尚敲ㄧ天鐘，如果對工作沒有一丁點的熱忱，與其將不愉快的氣氛帶到工作場域，造成大家大眼瞪小眼，那就走吧！放過自己、放過店家、放過無辜的顧客。
