★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very trendy place, long waiting on peak hours. Great service, waitresses can communicate well in English. By far the best xiaolongbao I had in Taiwan, lots of options. Wine marinated chicken and pork chop fried rice are also great options. The complimentary tea is also very good, and it's fun the way they serve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste was fine but nothing special. ;) The staffs were kind and the waiting was inevitable. The fried rice with fried pork was the most delicious among them. Recommend to eat the spicy cucumber,too!

Crab meat dumplings were just excellent. My all time favorite.
Also love their fried rice, order with less oil.
Ingredients so fresh, you can taste the difference.
Highly highly recommended.
Came here on a Sunday, very crowded, but the wait was only 20mins, not bad at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chef's recommendation pork and prawn dumplings are to die for! Staffs are absolutely friendly and helpful. The menu has English so issue with ordering here. Absolutely recommend it. Best time to come is around 7ish to 8ish weekdays as you can be seated pretty quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're traveling in Taiwan, Ding Tai Fung is a great restaurant to visit. I love the service and the food quality here. The price is a little high and the portion is a bit smaller, but the food quality is definitely worth the price. The starred items are the must try, such as 絲瓜蝦仁小籠包. Go try it, you won't regret it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience. I enjoyed it more than the San Francisco location and very good price too. The jasmine tea was phenomenal,the dumplings, fried rice and everything else were A+.
The staff was very helpful and they had someone that can also speak English. I know a little mandarin but that was helpful.
Will definitely go again if we are in the Kaohsiung area.
