Dongpo meat is very tasty and I don’t like fatty meat. I think it is delicious without the taste of fatty meat! I visited Dingfu Building yesterday and felt that it was an old restaurant. Although the decoration environment is not very good, the taste of each dish is very good and very authentic. The traffic location is also convenient to walk between the North Train and the West Gate for about 10 minutes. You can reach it and have private boxes. . Yesterday’s Dongbo meat pie was so marinated that it won’t be too oily~ The skin of the roast duck is thin and crisp, and the fried duck rack is super flavorful~ Yesterday I also ate fried eel with leek and yellow. The taste is quite different from the usual ones eaten in the south. The fish has a heavy meaty texture, not a crispy texture, and it is also very tasty when fried~ The steamed bamboo shoots are delicate and fresh. The fried broccoli will not be overcooked and refreshing. The chicken broth has clams and will not be too oily and salty. I came here to dine on New Year's Eve, and I will give 2 stars. The biggest reason is that when I arrived at the restaurant, there were no other customers. I went to the counter to make a reservation and prepared to take a table. There was a young chef or apprentice who took a cigarette from me. Walking in front of me!!! It made me inhale full of second-hand smoke, I was really stupid, I was at the counter, and it was indoors, but someone was smoking here... I really need to be educated!!!! There is no major problem with the meal, the dining environment is a little old, and the hygiene needs to be improved. The female employee who finally checked out said that she only came to help today, but the service was kind and patient, but the middle-aged women who seemed to be supervisors were fierce.
