★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Was going around in my casual wear that day looking for a wallet, the two people working in there probably thinks I am not going to buy anything thus just didn't care. The person explaining the product to me didn't even know much about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, this place was so rude and arrogant. Shopped at so many Dior stores around the world and have always been met with kindness and graciousness. I was so disappointed and embarrassed because I took my mom and wanted her to pick out a present, and they were so rude to her (my mom is handicapped). He literally turned his back and ignored us when when we spoke to him. Especially the security at the door, who wouldn't even look us in the face and wouldn't acknowledge us when we spoke to him. Even the person inside the store felt bad for how rude the security was. I would recommend going to the Dior store in Breeze, instead of this store in 101. Love the brand and I really hope they change how they treat their customers with disabilities.
