★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 進去隨意看商品，我有小包裝袋的需求，老闆對我的詢問表現得不耐煩，可能之前有不愉快的交易，老闆認為小本經營很多服務他做不到，例如電子化和商品說明標示更清楚等等，這不是顧客想要的負面否定答案吧!去一次就覺得不舒服，同樣類型的商店不勝枚舉。即使自己做不到，我覺得老闆是否要正向回答，虛心接納顧客建議，自己慢慢的改善經營環境，老闆應該希望自己的生意可以永續經營。
